محموله
تحویل کالا از یک صادرکننده (فرستنده) به یک نماینده (گیرنده) طبق توافقی که نماینده کالا را به حساب صادرکننده می فروشد. فرستنده مالکیت کالا را تا زمانی که گیرنده کالا را فروخته باشد حفظ می کند. گیرنده کالا را به صورت کمیسیون می فروشد و خالص را حواله می کند به فرستنده می رسد.
Consignment
Delivery of merchandise from an exporter (the consignor) to an agent the (consignee) under agreement that the agent sells the merchandise for the account of the exporter. The consignor retains title to the goods until the consignee has sold them. The consignee sells the goods for commission and remits the net proceeds to the consignor.
